Text is printed in white. Colour logos and photographs use a white base layer to help colours stand out against the black ball; darker shades may be less visible. Upload a clear image and keep the design simple for the small print area. We will contact you before printing if your artwork may not reproduce clearly.

The printed design is not permanent and can wear during play. How long it lasts depends on the design, ball type, playing conditions and frequency of use.
Allow up to 3 working days for production once payment is confirmed and your artwork is ready. This covers printing and preparing your order before it is sent. Artwork changes or approval delays may affect dispatch.
After dispatch, Standard delivery is estimated at 2 to 4 working days and Express at 1 to 3 working days. These transit times are additional to production time. Express delivery does not shorten production. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
